What makes BDx different from other places you’ve worked ?

BDx provides a spacious stage for all talented individuals, regardless of age or gender. BDx leadership places their full trust in its team and encourages all of us to learn and grow together. In this industry, that is really hard to come by.

What is your proudest BDx career moment and why?

Currently, I’m based in Nanjing, where we are in the final phases of building BDx’s much-anticipated NKG1 data center. Together with the entire team, we’ve met quite a lot of obstacles during the past few months as we inch closer to the launch of this state-of-the-art facility. I feel very proud every time we conquer a new challenge, and I’m overjoyed with the help and support I receive from all of my BDx colleagues.

What, in your eyes, sets BDx apart from its competition?

Our CEO, Braham Singh, jokingly says, “BDx only needs drivers.” At BDx, we are all drivers, steering our own destiny. BDx employees have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. This mentality is put forth in all that we do and clearly sets BDx apart from its competition. BDx employees actually do what they say they are going to do.

How would you describe the BDx culture?

The culture at BDx is very liberal and diverse.

Tell us about your typical day at BDx?

After I wake up each day, I think about the most critical items I must tackle. When I arrive at the office, I begin tackling these challenges according to urgency and importance. Also, I attend multiple meetings and tend to unexpected emergencies throughout the course of the day.

What is most challenging about being a woman in technology?

I haven’t found anything challenging about being a woman in technology thus far.

Who’s your favorite female inspiration?

I prefer to go with a male, Elon Musk, an all-time icon.

Favorite technology?

FinTech.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Workout and travel around the world.

Words of Wisdom.

“Don’t be afraid of new arenas.”— Elon Musk
