1. Maintain and operate the facilities of data center.
2. Escalate issues to external facility contractors and internal customers.
3. Supervise external facility contractors to carry out scheduled maintenance activities.
4. Review the vendors’ maintenance reports.
5. Reinforce the maintenance regime according to the contract.
6. Provide installation of power strips, equipment rack, rack shelving, cables and customer equipment.
7. Respond to emergencies in an on-call rotation.

1. Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Service Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in building / construction / hotel / property industry environment.
3. Experience in data center/telecommunications industry is an advantage.
4. Shift duty is required.

1. Holder of registered Electrical worker license A.
2. Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD etc.
