BDx was established as an I Squared Capital-backed platform, built on a deliberate contrarian thesis: acquire underinvested telecom data center infrastructure and rebuild it to hyperscale standards — faster and with lower execution risk than greenfield development alone. That operating discipline earned BDx consistent top-tier operational ratings within a leading US hyperscale customer’s global portfolio over consecutive years.
