He previously served as Chief Development Officer and led Strategy and M&A, driving corporate development and market expansion initiatives.

Mayank brings extensive leadership experience across telecommunications and digital infrastructure. Prior to BDx, he held multiple senior roles at Reliance Communications and Global Cloud Xchange, including EVP and Head of Corporate Development and EVP and Global Head of Product Sales, with responsibility for global P&L, product strategy, and large‑scale business growth. Earlier in his career, he held M&A and commercial leadership roles at Tata Motors.
He completed the Post Graduate Programme for Executives at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
