Jeffrey brings over three decades of extensive leadership experience across engineering design, critical infrastructure development, and data center construction. Prior to his current role at BDx, he held key senior positions at multiple prominent digital infrastructure and construction management organizations, including Senior Project Manager at Shun Cheong Data Centre Solutions Co. Ltd. and Operations Manager & Senior Project Manager at Structuretone Asia. Throughout his distinguished career, he has overseen the deployment of highly resilient mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and scalable facilities across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia.
He holds an Associateship degree in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and boasts a robust foundational background in managing complex, mission-critical builds. Recognized for his technical expertise and strategic management of hyper-scale deployments, he remains foundational to expanding the company’s regional footprint and delivering AI-ready infrastructure.
