BDx Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policy
Policy Summary
The BDx Group Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policy establishes a single, non-negotiable standard across every BDx entity, every site and every phase of the data center lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning. It applies equally to our employees, contractors, vendors, partners and visitors. Aligned to the principles of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, the Policy provides the group-level framework under which local EHS programs are developed to meet the legal and operational requirements of each market we serve.
EHS as a strategic pillar. EHS is embedded in our business strategy, our capital decisions and our daily operations, not managed as a downstream compliance obligation. Leadership accountability for EHS performance sits at senior management level, and EHS indicators form an integral part of how business performance is evaluated.
Safety First, without exception. Every individual at BDx is empowered to stop any unsafe act or condition that poses an imminent and serious risk to life, health or the environment, without fear of repercussion. We maintain zero tolerance for safety negligence at every level of the organization.
Environmental stewardship with measurable intent. We manage energy efficiently, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve water efficiency, prevent pollution, minimize waste and adopt sustainable technologies across all operations, while respecting biodiversity and the communities that host our facilities.
Performance is verified through structured objectives, audits, inspections and management reviews, and reported transparently in line with BDx's wider ESG commitments.
