Saikat Mukherjee is Chief Investment Officer of BDx Data Centers, leading the company's global investment strategy, capital deployment, and corporate development across Asia. He brings 25+ years of investment banking experience, including 18 years with Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, and founded the digital infrastructure advisory firm NewStreet Capital in 2017, which was acquired by FTI in 2021.

Saikat brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital allocation strategy across the technology, media and telecom (TMT) infrastructure space. He spent 18 years in the corporate finance teams of Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, where he led more than 100 M&A and equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, including over 30 IPOs.
In 2017, he founded NewStreet Capital, a digital infrastructure advisory firm, where he led landmark data center M&A transactions. NewStreet was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2021.
Prior to joining BDx as Chief Investment Officer, Saikat drove strategic cross-border partnerships and institutional investments to accelerate regional commercial expansion across India and Southeast Asia.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Varanasi and an MBA from SP Jain. He is recognized for his deep market insights and strategic foresight across emerging digital ecosystems — playing a critical role in structuring capital programs to support high-growth, hyperscale infrastructure platforms.
