This role will drive and implement all marketing initiatives and oversee all marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and build brand awareness. The MS Transition Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of transition projects within the Data Center Managed Services department. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating with various stakeholders, establishing project management protocols, and creating comprehensive reporting mechanisms to ensure a seamless transition process.
The Sales & Account Manager will be managing existing and new relationships with OTTs, financial institutions, Carriers, ISPs and Cloud service providers. Working closely with solutions, products, Commercial and Ops teams. The Sales Manager will focus on sales of colocation and connectivity services to the customers, mainly for our data Center located in Indonesia in the future.
The Manage Service Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of all data centers across multiple locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that customer needs are met, security and access protocols are maintained, day-to-day activities run smoothly, and customer reporting is accurate and timely.
This role includes monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues. You need to have experience with IT performance management, network administration and system security.
